Yes, you can choose the exact time and date of delivery when placing your order. You can select a time range, for example, from 8:00 to 16:00 or as precise as between 8:00 and 8:10. A precise delivery time ensures that your surprise will be perfect! 🕒💐

What happens if the flower recipient is not at home?

Before each order, we contact the recipient to ensure they will be home at the specified time. If the recipient is unavailable, we will agree by phone on the next steps, such as redelivery the following day or at another convenient time. The surprise is never spoiled; the recipient doesn’t know what we are delivering until the last moment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order no later than 24 hours before delivery. Order changes can be made depending on the situation – for example, if the courier is already on the way, changes are not possible, but if the order is still at our facility, we will be happy to accommodate you. To ensure smooth delivery, you need to order at least six hours in advance. Due to the organization of our couriers' routes, the capacity for certain days may be fully booked.
