  • For the purposes of the contract: po dobu trvání smluvního vztahu a následně po dobu 10 let od jeho ukončení, v souladu s § 31 zákona č. 593/1992 Sb., o účetnictví.
  • For the purpose of sending commercial communications: po dobu 3 let nebo do odvolání vašeho souhlasu.
  • For the purposes of legitimate interests: for as long as necessary to fulfil those purposes or until an objection is raised.

V. Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be disclosed or transferred to third parties only to the extent necessary and under the following conditions:

  • External service providers: providers of IT services, accounting, marketing services.
  • Public authorities: in case of a legal obligation (e.g. tax office, Czech Trade Inspection).

All our processors are bound by contract and guarantee the protection of your personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area. Should such a transfer occur, we will ensure that all the conditions set out in Chapter V of the GDPR are met.
